Holding things in not a great idea - note to self. It only got worse. A lot worse.

As an adult in my late thirties, my daily frustration rose.

 I couldn't get it all done so I started waking up earlier  and going to bed later.

Waking up tired but determined to stay in shape and eat well. I'd have my workout and cooking done by 7:30 am. It felt good. Then it didn't feel good. I wanted to pass out by 3:00.
 
I was always strategizing. "I will make that personal call on my next bathroom break" or  "I will eat in the car".  Trying to get as much done as humanly possible.

 Years of not enough rest and living on overdrive killed my concentration, effected my quality of sleep, my mood, my memory and my hair even started falling out.
